WEEK 32 - MEE HEROICS KEEP MKHITARYAN TOP
So if you've been following my reports throughout this Nightmare Week you will know that Keep Calm And Mkhitaryan's position at the top of our Donkeys League has come under serious threat. Although they have lost their lead at the top of the Overall Table for the last five (now six) Nightmare Weeks, Keep Calm have been top of the Donkeys League since the second week of the season. On Saturday night they were 16 points behind The Magical LOEs, and LOEs finished Sunday still 12 points clear. I speculated that Mkhitaryan could rescue top spot but that they'd need something like a 3-0 defeat for Burnley at the hands of Man City, with both Ben Mee and Jeff Hendrick in action.

Well, Hendrick's contract situation looks like it may well have put an end to his Nightmare season, he was nowhere to be seen, so it was up to Mee. With City winning 5-0, at a glance I thought Keep Calm had fallen a point short of catching the Magicals - but looking closer, Ben conceded a penalty (4 points) and it means Keep Calm are our Donkeys League leaders for a 31st successive week.

SIXTH WEEK TOP FOR MINUTES
So Division Two leaders The Last Minutes stay top overall for a sixth 'week'. 19 points on this Nightmare Week, though, is 15 less than Keep Calm and 26 less than LOEs. Keep Calm are now 22 behind, LOEs 25.

The Magical LOEs do finish the Week as Nightmare 11-of-the-Week, although manager Eloise Willingham has to share to the accolade with her dad Paul whose Relegation Terrorists picked up very nearly half (22) of their 45 point haul on Monday night, courtesy of Nick Pope and Charlie Taylor - the latter having previously scored -2 points from six appearances since signing for Terrorists a month or so before the unexpected break.
